"The Art of Peace"

As a show of solidarity with the Dalai Lama and Tibet, 20 artists have come together to contribute tracks to "Songs for Tibet - The Art of Peace". Included in the collection, which is available at iTunes, is an exclusive track from a personal favorite of ours, Alanis Morissette entitled "Versions of Violence". This version of the song, from her recent album "Flavors of Entanglement", was captured in a dressing room in an intimate pre-show setting. In addition to Alanis, the album features tracks by such artists as Ben Harper, Imogene Heap, John Mayer, Vanessa Carlton, Sting, Dave Matthews, Regina Spektor and Moby (that's just to name a few). Funds raised from the album will go to support peace initiatives and Tibetan culture preservation projects that are important to the Dalai Lama. Check it out!
